In celebration of Women’s History Month, the international all-star group Monika Herzig’s Sheroes will present music from their 10th Anniversary release “All In Good Time” as well as new, modern jazz selections. The album, produced by legendary drummer Lenny White, was presented around the world including performances at the Detroit Jazz Festival, DC Jazz Festival, Jazzmandu Festival in Nepal, Femina Jazz in Madrid, Piano Man in New Delhi and stayed in the Top 50 in the Jazz Week Radio charts for more than 30 weeks. New York flutist Jamie Baum and drummer Karina Colis will join Director of Jazz Studies at Purdue University, bassist Bethany Robinson, and jazz pianist/ composer/ leader Monika Herzig for this tour that includes this night at the Jazz Kitchen with special guest violinist Cathy Morris.
